* 7 X 24 telephone/email support is intended for LoadMaster remedial, "break and fix" outside of normal Gold hours of support. Issues that are determined to be non-LoadMaster related (such as equipment relocation, infra-structure configurations or outages, outside of normal business hours will be charged @ $100/hour, minimum three hours, and will be available on a scheduled basis.
