Standard Warranty service Program (included)

  • 90 days Phone Support
  • Software Updates
  • Depot HW Repair from date of purchase & product registration (8:30am to 5:30pm Pacific Standard Time).
  • 30 days Advanced Hardware Replacement from date of purchase.

* Customers must purchase a Support Program to extend Standard Warranty Sevice.

Basic Support Plan Includes

  • Depot hardware repair
  • Advanced hardware replacement for first 30 days after purchase date
  • Firmware software updates
  • Access to technical support through phone services between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Pacific Standard Time) with 24 x 7 web support services for the maintenance period purchased.

Gold Support Plan Includes:

  • Depot hardware repair
  • Advanced hardware replacement
  • Firmware software updates
  • Access to technical support through phone service and web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the maintenance period purchased.

Software Support Includes:

  • Firmware Software updates
  • Access to technical support through phone service for the specified program hours
  • Web Support for the specified program periods
