Support and Maintenance is available in several configurations, which you can choose from when you purchase an A10 Networks product.
Standard Warranty service Program (included)
- 90 days Phone Support
- Software Updates
- Depot HW Repair from date of purchase & product registration (8:30am to 5:30pm Pacific Standard Time).
- 30 days Advanced Hardware Replacement from date of purchase.
* Customers must purchase a Support Program to extend Standard Warranty Sevice.
A10's units include the Standard Warranty Service Program:
Basic Support Plan Includes
- Depot hardware repair
- Advanced hardware replacement for first 30 days after purchase date
- Firmware software updates
- Access to technical support through phone services between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Pacific Standard Time) with 24 x 7 web support services for the maintenance period purchased.
Gold Support Plan Includes:
- Depot hardware repair
- Advanced hardware replacement
- Firmware software updates
- Access to technical support through phone service and web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the maintenance period purchased.
Software Support Includes:
- Firmware Software updates
- Access to technical support through phone service for the specified program hours
- Web Support for the specified program periods
